Among Us amigurumi tutorial
Materials
- Cotton crochet thread of the colors you want;
- crochet hook 9;
- sewing needle;
- blanket for filling.
Note: Most patterns are worked in circular form. Thus, when you finish your row, you will need to make a slip stitch at the first stitch.
Left leg
Using your main color yarn
1. Make a magic ring and 6 single crochet inside that ring.
2. At each foundation stitch of the previous row, make two single stitches and close the row.
3 – 8. Make single crochet at every single crochet of the previous row and always close each row. In the end, make a slip stitch, cut the thread, and give a knot.
Right leg
Repeat the same stitches made from rows 1 – 8, which you made in the previous leg. However, this time you should not finalize. Instead, go to the 9th row.
9. You should do the same thing amount of single crochet of row 8. However, when you finish these stitches, make 2 single crochet at the final foundation stitch. Then pass to the next leg. Thus, you will emend the two pieces. At the first stitch, also make two single crochet.
This row will form a continuous circle for the beginning of the body. In the end, you will have 26 stitches.
Body of the Among Us amigurumi
10. In the first 11 single crochet of the previous row, make 1 single crochet for each foundation stitch. In the next, make 2 stitches at every single crochet. Repeat this process to make the next 13 stitches. In the end, you will have 30 stitches.
11 – 21. Make single crochet for each foundation stitch.
While you are crocheting the body, fill it with the filling.
22. At every 8 foundation single crochet, reduce one stitch.
23. Make a reduction every 7 stitches.
24. Make a reduction every 6 stitches.
25. Every 5 stitches, make a reduction.
26. Make single crochet for each foundation stitch of the previous row.
Make a decrease at each stitch, finalize, and sew to close the body.
Crochet peaked cap
With gray yarn, make continuous circles.
Then make 3 chains for the foundation and 1 chain to start the first row. Then make a single crochet in each chain and, in the latter, make 4 single crochet at the same stitch to create the circle. After that, make the single crochet to be “underneath” the previous ones. To finish, make 4 single crochet at the last single crochet.
Finish this step with a slip stitch in the chain that you crocheted to rise. Cut the thread after finishing.
To create the detail in black, make slip stitches all around with this darker line.
Backpack of the Among Us amigurumi
Use the same color you used for the body.
1. Make 5 chains and one to rise. Then, crochet from it 4 single crochet (1 for each chain) and at the last of them make 3 single crochet. Work the opposite side in the same way to have a circular foundation.
2. Make every two foundation single crochet 2 increasing stitches. Therefore, at the first and second stitch, make the normal single crochet. In the 3rd and 4th, crochet two single crochet at each stitch. Repeat this process until the end.
3 – 8. Make single crochet for each foundation stitch and place the filling at the end.
9. Make a decrease every 2 stitches.
10. Reduce each stitch and finish with the hook to close.
Assembly
Hold the backpack on the crewman’s backs and the crochet peaked cap at the central part of the body front. Do this with a hook and a yard of the color required.
