Tutorial to make crochet flowers
To create crochet flowers, we brought a very simple, fast, and easy rose model.
Material
- 1 crochet ball of yarn in the color of your preference;
- 1 pearl or precious stones for the flower center;
- 11mm crochet hook;
- tapestry needle for finishing.
Implementation
Make 120 chain stitches for a large flower. After this chain, make 3 more chains to create the first double crochet of the first row. In the next chain make 5 double crochet in the same place. Skip a chain and in the next chains make 6 double crochet at the same stitch creating a fan.
This first scheme should be followed to the end. For the second row, make 3 chain stitches for the first double crochet at the top of the previous row. Then make double crochet for each 5 previous double crochet.
After this, make 3 chains and a slip stitch at the first stitch of the next fan. Make 3 more chains and 5 double crochet, one in each of the previous row as you did in the first fan. Follow it to the end and close with a slip stitch and a firm knot.
When finishing the work, start sewing in a circular way to form layers of petals. Sew from the center outwards with the thread of the same color as the work to be discreet. Then, finish gluing or sewing a pearl in the center of the flower.
