Way of doing
The size of your blanket will depend on the function you will choose for your work.
To start the piece, create a chain with the desired thread and determine the size by measuring the chain with the measuring tape.
When you reach the desired size, make 3 more chains to create the first stitch of the first row. Then make double crochet for each stitch of the chain.
For the next row, you should make 1 single crochet for each stitch of the previous row. Do this for more than 5 rows. After creating these rows, follow making 1 row of double crochet and 6 of single crochet until reaching the size you expected.
